Free At Last
Free At Last provides community based, culturally appropriate bilingual treatment, intervention and prevention services designed to reduce the exceptionally high rates of substance abuse and HIV infection and to break the cycle of addiction, reunite and rebuild families torn apart by intergenerational addiction, provide alternatives to incarceration, and foster economic self-sufficiency.
Unity Care: South San Francisco
Thanks to our Corporate Champions (and longtime friends) AvalonBay Communities and IBI, Inc. HIF was able to transform a youth foster home in South San Francisco, helping to provide a warm, modern living environment for foster youth and the Unity Care staff. The work included full interior painting, a rehabbed kitchen w/new appliances, new living room, flooring, and can lighting throughout.
