HIF has a well-established referral and collaborative relationships with partner agencies throughout Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. These relationships provide a direct link to the communities we serve.
Our local partner agencies provide the casework for our emergency housing grants of up to $2,500 benefiting low-income households facing homelessness. Their case managers qualify recipients and send grant applications to HIF on behalf of their clients.
