St. Francis Center in Redwood City has been an anchor for the community providing essential services, operating a youth center, school and providing affordable housing for low income families.
These programs are critically important to local working families that often have to move due to the high cost of housing. HIF has supported St. Francis Center for years through our Renovation Program and this past year stepped up to transform five low income apartments at 780 Bradford Street.
