From managing high-profile concerts for global icons like Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, and Jennifer Lopez, to leading large-scale activations for brands like Walmart, NetJets, and Workday, Lauren has built a career on bringing bold ideas to life — on time and with impact.

Now at HIF, Lauren is excited to channel her creativity and production expertise into purpose-driven work that helps strengthen communities and support housing stability across the Bay Area.

When she’s not deep in run-of-show advancing or site walkthroughs, Lauren is busy chasing after her joyful and energetic one-year-old son with her husband Gabriel. Whether wrangling talent or toddler schedules, she brings the same energy, adaptability, and humor to everything she does.
