MANAGING DIRECTOR

Asefeh Mazraeh, MSW is a nonprofit and social-impact leader with over 17 years of experience across healthcare, housing, and community-based services. She has held senior leadership roles within nonprofit and public-sector organizations, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and programs focused on housing stability, care management, and services for vulnerable and underserved populations. Her background includes work in Medi-Cal–funded programs, housing and homelessness services, and community-based health and social service delivery.

Asefeh holds a Master of Social Work and is fluent in English, Arabic, Farsi, and Dari, bringing a culturally responsive and equity-centered approach to her work. She is deeply passionate about housing justice, systems improvement, and strengthening communities through collaboration. Outside of work, Asefeh enjoys spending time with family, cooking, listening to music, and supporting causes that promote dignity and opportunity for all.
