2024 HIF Summit

Celebrating our 35th Anniversary HIF Summit!

On Thursday, September 5, 2024, we hosted a fantastic night of fundraising, presentations, awards, and networking. Because of your generous support, we raised over $750,000 for our housing programs! With over 700 people in attendance and 64 fantastic sponsors, this was one of our largest Summits to date.

2024 Summit Film

Our Summit film this year featured a large-scale renovation project HIF provided at Rebekah Children’s Services, at no cost to the agency. See for yourself what your support of our Summit can provide!

We exceeded our fund-a-need match of $100,000, raising a total of over $215,000 from our fund-a-need alone. A special thanks as well to our fantastic Fund-A-Need Match donors: Windy Hill Property Ventures, Spencer Fane, Baker Tilly, AvalonBay Communities, Chris and Laura Gandy, and Jan Berthold at Heffernan Insurance.

Every year the Summit fosters industry camaraderie, bringing together developers, property managers, construction companies, suppliers, law firms, financial institutions, and others who support HIF’s mission, and our housing programs:

Emergency housing grants to help keep individuals and families housing secure

Affordable housing to prevent displacement and empower people working in our communities

Renovation projects to uplift transitional housing so individuals and families on the path to housing stability have secure places to live
