Patrick is a Director with The Martin Group, supporting the company with all aspects of acquisitions, entitlements, financing, development, asset management and dispositions. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Southern California, BA in Business Administration. Patrick is a member of HIF’s Building Leaders Initiative committee and ULI’s YLG Steering Committee.
