Kevin is a Development Associate at The Hanover Company, where he supports Bay Area and Seattle multifamily and mixed-use development efforts across acquisitions, entitlements, financing, and asset management. His role includes sourcing and evaluating development opportunities, managing due diligence, and early coordination with design, engineering, and public agencies on complex urban infill sites. 

Kevin joined the Building Leaders Initiative to contribute to the organization’s housing stability and homelessness prevention efforts, and to work alongside peers committed to expanding access to housing solutions. He currently serves as Treasurer/Secretary of HIF’s Building Leaders Initiative and is actively involved with the Berkeley Real Estate Alumni Association, ULI, and NAIOP.
