Grace is an Acquisitions Manager at City Ventures, sourcing residential development sites in the core Bay Area to entitle and build sustainable, missing middle housing. Prior to joining City Ventures, Grace led acquisitions for Thomas James Homes in the East Bay and contributed to acquisitions and asset management efforts at Acacia Capital. Grace earned a BBA in Finance from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. She is passionate about expanding housing opportunities in the Bay Area and continues to advance this mission through her work with HIF.
