Adam Foley

CO-PRESIDENT

Adam is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Bay Area Multifamily Investment Properties Group. He specializes in helping clients with the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties and land development opportunities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Since joining CBRE Adam has been involved in representing clients in the acquisition and/or disposition of 5,000+ apartment units representing more than $1.35 billion in transaction volume.

Adam currently serves as Co-Vice President of HIF’s Building Leaders Initiative (BLI), and is actively involved in the Santa Clara University Alumni Association, ULI, NAIOP, and Belden Club. In his free time he enjoys spending time playing tennis and golf, fishing, backpacking, and traveling.
