Housing Assistance Committee oversees the ongoing operation of the Emergency Housing Fund and any other housing assistance programs the board may adopt.  Oversight responsibilities include not only regular reporting to the board, but periodic needs assessment and evaluation, which may result in recommendations for programmatic changes or additions.
